RENTAL CONDITIONS DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

(1)Max 2 person per appointment for fitting, pickup, and return of costume.

(2)Max 2 costumes fitting per person per appointment.

​

(3)Customer MUST WEAR FACE MASK at ALL TIME during fitting, pickup, and return of costume.

Rental terms and conditions.

Fitting

At least 2 days advance appointment is required for fitting costume. *For fitting costume outside our location, a full day costume rental rate will be charged.

Rental

Rental period is 3 days. Customer can pick up costume a day prior and return costume a day after the event date.  Additional fee of THB 500 per costume will be charged for one extra day of rental, and one day full rental rate will be charged for second extra day and onwards.  

** Foreign customers need to provide ORIGINAL Passport for rental. Upon return of costume, we will return the passport.  

No passport, No rental. **

Payment

100% rental fee plus THB 3,000 - 20,000 per costume as deposit.  Deposit is refundable upon return of the costume and props without any damage. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer only.

Reservation

Reservation is required for rental of all costume. 100% rental fee is payable on the day of reservation.  This fee is refundable upon cancellation at minimum of 7 days prior to rental date.  Full deposit of THB 3,000 - 20,000 per costume is payable on the day customer pick up the costume.

Forfeiture of deposit

a) For damage within repair, including cases where special fixing or extra laundry is necessary, deposit will be deducted at cost accessed by Project Z Heroes.

b) For damage beyond repair, including irremovable  stains,  deposit will be deducted at cost accessed by Project Z Heroes or full deposit will be forfeited.

 

Loss and Replacement Fee

Customer is liable to pay replacement fee of individual item, for loss or major damage to costumes or props.

Alteration

Costumes may NOT be altered to fit and must be returned in their original condition. Costumes may NOT be cut, dyed, painted, taped, iron, glued, pin, or applied with any other type of adhesive. If any costume is returned altered or damaged, damage fees will be deducted from deposit.

 

Cleaning

DO NOT attempt to clean costumes or props in any way.  If costume or prop is damaged due to cleaning, damage fee will be deducted from deposit.  All items are cleaned and disinfected by Project Z Heroes.

 

Liability

Project Z Heroes and its staffs are not responsible for accidents or injuries related directly or indirectly from the use of our costumes and props.
